## Interpretation
Public notebooks are written by their authors. Cite the canonical notebook URL and public author byline; dates describe creation and last edit, not publication. Views count recorded visits and likes count signed-in accounts; neither measures research quality. Public availability is checked on every request. Restricted and deleted notebooks are excluded. Cached chart results may lag current data.
